Today Emilie is seven months old, and she just crawled for the first time!

Last night was a night from hell. Liz and I packed up Emilie to drive to Elkhart Indiana. We left at Emilie's bedtime so she could just sleep the whole way there. When we got to the hotel, and were going to put emilie in her crib, however, she had other plans for us.
She woke up, and decided that it was time to play for a few hours. We finally got to bed between 3 and 3:30 AM knowing that we had to get up the next day to tour the IBS plant, and then drive another 3 hours to get home.

Emilie is starting to sit up now! You have to keep an eye and a hand on her but she can sit unassisted for over 10 seconds. It will probably only be a matter of days until she's doing it all by herself.

Mom and Dad heard some sound coming from Emilie's room this morning. It was her mobile! She managed to turn it on by herself! That's the first time that's ever happened.
